Teams: Luther College, Saint Mary’s, UW-Eau Claire, UW-La Crosse, UW-River Falls, UW-Stout, UW-Superior, Winona State, St. Scholastica, Viterbo, St. Olaf
 
Time: Coaches meeting will be held at 10 a.m., field events at 10:30 a.m., combined 10,000 at 11 a.m. Please be advised that should no entrants participate in the 10,000, the start time for the rest of the track meet will be moved up an hour. A revised schedule will then be sent out prior to competition.
 
Entry: Entries will be done online at www.pttiming.com. Entry period will open on Friday, April 17 at 8 a.m. and close at 8 p.m. on Wednesday, April 22.
Scratches only the day of the meet – no additions, please
   * Entry fee is $150 per team and $300 for combined programs; $10 for individual or unattached entries; please make checks payable to Saint Mary’s University Track and Field
   * Heat Sheets will be posted by 6 p.m. Friday, April 24 at:  www.pttiming.com
   * Opening heights for PV and HJ will be determined after review of entrants
 
Facility: The 9-lane, continuous radius running track and event areas are an embedded Beynon BS 1000 polyurethane
   * Decision to reverse the dash directions will be made at the coaches’ meeting
   * Top 9 will advance to finals
   * ¼” spikes are allowed for all running events, pole vault, high jump, and horizontal jumps
   * Restrooms, indoor team camps, concessions, and emergency shelter is located in the Toner Student Center, and Recreation Athletic Complex
 
Pertinent Field Event Information:
Finals in the throws and horizontal jumps will expand if necessary to include the top 9 collegiate performances
   * Javelin – contested on natural turf
   * Long Jump – take-off inserts at 4’ for women, 8’ for men
   * Triple Jump – take-off inserts at 28’ for women, 36’ for men
   * All throwing rings are concrete
                                                                       
Implements:  Weigh-in and inspection will be done near the shot put area; begins at 9 a.m. and concludes at 10:15 a.m.
 
Timing: Fully automatic timing with FinishLynx
 
Scoring: No team scoring for this event  
   
Clerking:  All races will be clerked at the starting line of that event.  Hip numbers will be available in the staging area near the 100 dash start line.
 
Results: Results will be made available immediately online at: www.pttiming.com
   * During the meet, results will be posted near the staging area  
   * A hardcopy of complete meet results will be provided by request following the final event
 
Parking: Automobile parking is available in Saint Mary’s Commuter Lots; following drop-off, busses should park on the Saint Yon’s Valley Road – turnaround located in the parking lot at Saint Yon’s Hall (see campus map)
 
Lockers: Limited locker room space is available in the lower level of the SMU Gymnasium
 
Training: Saint Mary’s will provide certified athletic trainers for the meet
 
Team Camps: Team camps will be allowed throughout the facility – infield will be available for athlete warm-up; no team camps on the infield, please.  Gostomski Fieldhouse will also be open to athletes in the event of inclement weather
 
Spectators: Admission for spectators is $5.00; spectators are encouraged to bring folding chairs – the asphalt path surrounding the track is open to spectators and their chairs
