PAUL, Minn. — Bailey Edwards (Fond du Lac, Wis.) and Rebecca Snyder (Eden Prairie, Minn.) had a hand in three of the team’s five match wins, as two each posted 6-0-75 victories at No. 1 and No. 2 singles, respectively, then teamed up for an 8-3 win at No. 1 doubles in leading the Saint Mary's University women's tennis team to a 5-4 MIAC win over St. Catherine Sunday.

Morgan Shepherd
Men's Hockey
Shepherd scored two of SMU’s three goals in Friday’s 4-3 loss to UST. It was the senior’s first two-goal game of the season and the first multiple-goal game since recording his first collegiate hat trick on Dec. 7, 2007 against Concordia.
Will Wright
Men's Basketball
Wright averaged a team-leading 18.7 ppg in the Cardinals' three men's basketball games last week. The SMU junior kicked off the week with 19 points and seven rebounds against Augsburg last Monday, then followed that up with his fifth 20-plus point effort of the season draining a 21 points in SMU's 78-60 win over Macalester on Wednesday. Wright closed out the week with 16 points against Bethel Saturday.

Wright boasts a team-leading 17.6 ppg scoring average and has scored in double figures in each of the team's 17 games this season.
