WINONA, Minn. – The Saint Mary's University men's hockey team, coming off a 5-1 loss at Hamline Friday, finally — after seven straight road games — gets to open its home season Saturday, playing host to the Pipers in a 7 p.m. Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference rematch at the SMU Ice Arena.

December 6, 2008: Mike Glaesmer (Traverse City, Mich.) recorded his first collegiate four-goal game, but Glaesmer's best just wasn't good enough, as the Pipers got a goal from Brian Arrigoni 1:21 into overtime, as Hamline escaped with a 7-6 overtime victory to complete a sweep of the teams' two-game conference series in St. Paul, Minn.
