The Cardinals' Last Action:
• October 28, 2017 * Northfield, Minn.: Austin O'Hare (Rushford, Minn.) , running in the final MIAC Championships of his collegiate career, saved his best for last, as the senior posted an eight-kilometer time of 26:23 to place 12th overall—and earn his first-ever All-MIAC honor—in leading the Saint Mary's men to a 10th place team finish. The Cardinal women, behind a team-best 6K time of 24:55 from Danielle Franke (Mounds View, Minn.), placed 11th overall | Recap

The Cardinals at The 2016 NCAA Central Regional:
• November 12, 2016 * Northfield, Minn.: Jovan Newsum (Glendale Heights, Ill.) turned in the second-fastest time in Cardinal men's cross country program history—and all but assured himself of a second trip to the NCAA National Championships—to lead the Cardinal men to a 17th-place showing. Newsum, coming off his first First-Team All-MIAC performance two weeks ago by placing third overall with a then-season-best time of 26:08, made that conference championship effort look like a walk in the part—touring the eight-kilometer course in 25:38 en route to a sixth-place finish and all-region honor. Like Newsum, Molly Sweep (Prescott, Wis.) picked an opportune time to post her collegiate best time—by a long shot—posting a time of 24:27 to lead the Saint Mary's women to a 23rd-place showing | Recap
